| Yale & Oxenfoord was established
in 1992 to provide help to clients who had been
made, or who expected to be made redundant in the
near future. |
| The aim of the service provided
is to: |
| |
•
Provide a personal
counselling service |
•
Advise on the next step to
take in securing suitable employment |
•
Prepare a CV to assist the
client in obtaining interviews |
•
Train and prepare the client
for interviews in order to make a positive
impact |
•
Secure employment, or to
advise on alternatives, such as
self-employment |
| Our service is aimed at both
individuals and companies. Individual services
are discussed and agreed at face-to-face
meetings.
In corporate outplacement exercises, Yale
& Oxenfoord agrees to a global target of
numbers being made redundant and a time-frame
within which the exercise will be completed. Our
aim is to equip the individual clients to return
to active employment at the earliest juncture.
| Yale & Oxenfoord
likes to hear from clients on a regular basis as
to the progress of their campaign and to offer
advice and to hold further meetings, as required.
The number of such meetings depends upon the
service the client opts for. |
| Often, clients are
rather unsure about finding employment in the
current situation, especially when they have been
in the same employment for several years. Yale &
Oxenfoord will bring clients up-to-speed on the
present-day approach to returning to employment. |
