specialists, teachers, HR specialists etc. Our
clients have been based in most parts of the UK.
There is no specific group of people that Yale &
Oxenfoord specialise in helping. When age
discrimination was a problem, we helped older
clients return to work, because many of them felt
demotivated by prejudice in the employment
marketplace.
Equally, younger clients often felt that they were
subject to prejudice on the grounds of a lack of
experience. While experience is not something we
can create, we have helped clients who felt
inadequate deal with their situation and move
their careers forward.
